Who are we?

Pocket Nuggets, [handelsnaam], [adres], [ondernemingsnummer]. Questions about your data? Email [privacy@pocket-nuggets.com].

What do we keep?

For your account: your first name, your email address and your password (encrypted — we cannot read it).

For the Fortune Cookie: your birthday if you fill it in, your activation code, and which fortune you got on which day.

For Bounty Bureau: your activation code and your progress in the game — your money, your gear and which contracts you finished.

What do we use it for?

To run your account, and to let each app do what you bought it for. Your birthday is used only for your birthday fortune. We send news and offers about Pocket Nuggets only if you said yes, and you can take that yes back at any time.

Who do we share it with?

Nobody, and we sell nothing. Our database and your account live with Supabase in Frankfurt, the site runs on Vercel, and we use Brevo for email. Resellers who distribute our codes get codes and nothing else — never anything about you. Fonts and images come from our own server: nothing about your visit goes to another company.

How long do we keep it?

As long as your account exists. Delete your account and we erase your data within 30 days. You can also delete the data of one app and keep the rest.

Your rights

You can always view, change, download or erase your data, and withdraw your consent for news. Do that under My account, or by email. Not happy? You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Cookies

We use only the cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies. Which language you read in depends on the address you are on — pocketnuggets.be is Dutch, pocket-nuggets.com is English — so no cookie is needed for that.
